Our orders can be placed via our shop or CHC online store. Payment for orders are accepted using valid credit and debit cards owned and in possession of the attendant buyer. For retail locations only, cash maybe accepted.
Collection days are specified on shop opening times.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the correct delivery address is specified. Every effort will be made to deliver within 24 hours. Orders placed after 11am will not be sent until the following day.
If your goods are received and have partly thawed. Please immediately place goods in the freezer. This will not affect product quality.
There is a minimum order value of £35.00 for delivery.
If the validity of the product is out of date. Please advise CHC and will will sort it out with a matter of urgency.
All goods are offered subject to availability.

Returns & Refunds
“If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of the item(s)
purchased, along with the cost of initial delivery. The cost of returning goods to
us is the consumers’ responsibility.
Ambient goods
You have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the date of delivery.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear
statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your
communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the
cancellation period has expired.

sales@chcraw.co.uk to discuss and arrange for a refund or replacement. Your
statutory rights are unaffected.

Frozen goods
As frozen foods are unable to re-enter the supply chain if returned, they are
exempt from the 14-day right to cancel. However, if the goods received are not

arrange for a refund or replacement. Your statutory rights are unaffected.”
Click and collect will apply during CHC operating hours.
